Our guarantee and returns policy
The quality of our water is of paramount importance to us. We want to ensure all of our customers are happy with the products they purchase as well as the service they receive.

Orders placed through our online store are processed securely, either by ROI Water Australia, or by our payment and distribution partners, as follows:
Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe. The provider is fully PCI-DSS compliant and comply with all appropriate industry security standards.
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
In Australia, your payment may appear on your statement as ARYAN HOLDINGS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, who fulfil and deliver ROI Water.
Delivery of your order will be handled either by ROI Water Australia or by our delivery agent, which may vary depending on your delivery location.
Orders will generally be delivered within Australia in 7 working days, Monday to Friday. Allow longer for delivery to remote areas.
ROI Water Australia cannot be held responsible for any products that are lost or stolen following delivery, as a result of choosing a delivery option.
